• Insuring the efficient and effective operation of the plant by overseeing and supervising all management, operation, and maintenance activites .
• Guiding personnel to achive optimum performance levels.
• Overseeing the preparation and administration of annual operating and capital budget.

• Check the actual chemical dose and compare it by the recommended dose.
• Review notifications raised by operations and maintenance to determine whether or not all the recommended notifications have been raised
• Monitor and test water area equipment, chemicals, dosing system, pressures etc. to ensure compliance with established specifications as and when required.
• Write specifications and purchase requisitions for processing plants and equipment
• Attend daily meeting with operations and maintenance to review status of plant over the past 24-hours and learn what is planned for the day.
• Tour the plant - water area, plant’s intake to observe operations, check for abnormal situations, and take readings of main parameters and collect data from control room and field operators for analysis and review.
• Review Laboratory reports; follow up on reported deviations to ensure they were corrected.
• Review notifications raised by operations and maintenance to determine whether or not all the recommended notifications have been raised
• Monitor and test water area equipment, chemical s, fuel oils, dosing system etc. to ensure compliance with established specifications as and when required.
• June 2010-June 2011: Field Project manager for a bioremediation system in the oil field. South of Sudan, Kush Environmental solutions.:
