1- Responsible for timely renewal of all the owner licenses.
2- Prepare summary report for all expenses paid from petty cash,
3- Collect and provide with periodical updates from the Government Authorities on all labor and immigration rules to keep HR dept. updated.
4- Processing all labor and immigration documents of all the employees.
5- Process the application and renewal of employees with dependents.
5- Medical tests schedule for all of the employees .provide service, support. and assistance to new and existence employees on their requirements.
6- Responsible renewal of head office tenancy contract as well as well as labor accommodation& catering services.
7- Company`s vehicles registration, , , etc.
8- Visas issue from Embassies.
