A wholly owned subsidiary of EII Capital (Emaar) is Manufacturing and Steel Construction Company with global offices across UAE, Egypt, Bahrain, KSA, Algeria, Ghana, Sudan, Senegal, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan and Romania.
Acted as Head HR for 15 global offices across Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe. Reported to the Managing Director and Nominations & Remuneration Committee (NRC); acted as the strategic advisor to the management, provided leadership, management and operational insight for the HR services, policies, procedures and programs for the entire Company with the objective of ensuring MBS has all the necessary human resources to achieve its business plans.
It was a 12 months contractual role.

Acted as Head HR for 4 global offices across UAE, Singapore and India. Reported to the Directors; responsibilities included managing the entire HR operations including development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures, establishing departmental accountabilities, talent acquisition, payroll, health and welfare benefits, employee relations, administration, housekeeping, public relation functions, employment visas, trade license renewals, UAE Labor Laws compliance (Hamriyah Free Zone & DMCC).
A wholly owned subsidiary of Al Rajhi Group Holding, KSA is Manufacturing and Steel Construction Company with annual production capacity of 120, 000 MT, 3000+ Clients across Africa, Middle East, Far East & South-East Asia and 1000+ global work force. Company has global offices across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Ghana, Ethiopia and Algeria.
Report to General Manager Africa and the President with main focus on recommending measures to improve business and operational processes, improving and monitoring employees’ productivity, proposing team structures, recruitment and on-boarding, develop cultural improvement plans through proper orientation, setting expectations for employees and providing them with what they need to succeed, improving social media visibility, taking staff wellness initiatives.
Strong liaison with 12 Regional Offices in Africa & Middle East namely Ghana, Ethiopia, Algeria, Oman, Bahrain, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and UAE.
