Main Responsibilities:
• Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all current IT systems, including, operating systems, software applications, , peripherals, telephone system, door access system, CCD camera system.
•Oversees the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages.
Manage software design, development and support processes. Streamlines the process to address end-user requests.
•Analyze business requirements and develop tools to automate processes
•Develop & Admin current System (commercial system and other system)
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing (ICT)
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development
•DRP - Data Recovery Plan and BCP- Business Continuity Plan, Risk Management
• Meet with managers/Staff to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
• Hire and manage information systems personnel and contractors to design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systetem
• Manage financial aspects of the IT Department, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system
• Familiar with all hardware and software used in company
• Familiar with network operating system
• Provide orientation to new users of existing technology
• Train staff about potential uses of existing technology
• Train staff about new and potential use
•Manage all users’ requests through service desk system

•Manage MFP printer (Small to Big), network and standalone printers
•Install and Configure print server
• Troubleshoot all technology issues (Windows server, Mail Server MS Exchange 2007, 2010 and 2013, …etc)
• Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance
• Make recommendations about purchase of technology resources
• Research current and potential resources and services
• Provide network access to all staff and guest
• Install workstations
• Connect and set up hardware
• Load all required software
• Provide network accounts and passwords as required
• Monitor security of all technology
• Install and maintain Foolproof and passwords
• Input and maintain IP addresses
