Reporting to AVP - Transitions
•Manage Transition of AP, General accounting, Payroll, HR, Supply chain processes with a team size of 90 FTEs for US Retail client.
•Support Delivery teams in the transition of KPO processes within Life sciences and health care domain.
•Conduct Due Diligence activities for KPO process for one of large Media research clients. Support Pre Sales team in building solutions as part of RFP/RFI exercise

Reporting to General Manager
•Manage a team of 25 Sr. Analysts in the Accounts Receivable (Cash applications) & Reconciliation process (General Accounting team) for a Fortune 100 Oil Major with 3 direct reports
•Drive succession planning
•Participate with business partners in US to achieve SoX compliance.
•Actively participate in the conversion from Mainframe to ERP (SAP) environment for one of the regions in U.S.
-Financial control -
Reporting to Deputy General Manager - Finance & Accounts
•Responsible for maintaining the Accounts of various group Companies and supporting the Finalization of Accounts, with 5 members under my Supervision.
•Independently handle the Import Letters of Credit, Export Financing and the documentation involved in the processing of Project Finance.
•Liaison with Banks and Lending Institutions
