• Processed Payroll and dealing with allied issues.
• Maintained up-to-date Attendance, Leave and Overtime Records.
• Managed mass on-boarding of off-shore staff.
• Provided various HR Reports to higher management based on requirements.
Responsible for managing Employees Relations and Compensation, Benefits and Reward function.
Responsible for managing Recruitment, Onboarding, Employees Relations and Payroll function.
Responsible for handling Recruitment, MIS and all sorts of management reporting.
