Reporting to the General Manager;
Manage all activity within the marketing department, ensuring all service standards are followed
Execute marketing plans and programs in conjunction with the Sales department to ensure profit growth
Manage the social media and the PR agencies to oversee copy-writing, design, layout, and the production of promotional materials
Oversee all marketing initiatives for the hotel
Research, analyze and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market
opportunities maybe capitalized on.
Plan and oversee the hotels advertising and promotion activities, including print, digital, and direct mail
Set the pricing strategy for the hotel that will result in the greatest market share
Handling Mobile Marketing campaigns and projects for clients in the MENA region.
Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Developing and presenting a media plan which utilizes information about the availability and quality of media in different mobile communication channels
Liaising with the art director/project managers and the Client to assure the delivery of
the art work needed for the proper execution of the project
● Working on partnership deals remotely from Dubai with other websites, and media partners.
●Supporting SEM and SEO
●Managing a team of marketing speciliasts remotely
●Formulating, directing and coordinating marketing activities and policies to promote dubizzle.com in Saudi Arabia
●Identifying, developing and evaluating a company's or organizations marketing strategy,
based on knowledge of its objectives, market characteristics.
●Hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing staff and overseeing their daily activities.
● Evaluating the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
Assist with the develop and delivery of the advertising and promotional functions of the brand including; Press advertising, Digital, Radio, DM, POS, OOH, Events (Motor show, launches etc..)
Assist with the administration of the Marketing Budget including invoicing, monthly expenditure reports.
Provide at a touch of a button' and up to date spend YTD.
Assist with the creation of marketing briefs and coordinate with dealers for ground activities.
●Submit sales in accordance to pre agreed monthly targets & budgets.
●Maintain close contact with customers, make sales call and visit them. Introduce and follow up suitable sales prospects.
●Provide highest degree of customer service & satisfaction at all times in accordance with the company's sales policies and procedures to maximize future recommended or repeat
sales.
●Participating in all Premier brands promotion events (Abu Dhabi, Dubai)
