-Responsible for the excavations of Deep Underground Station 40 meter deep.
-Supervision of the construction of Emergency and Ventilations shafts at 30 meter deep excavation.
-In-charge of all activities for excavation the gallery tunnel between TBM tunnel and shafts using NATM New Austrian tunneling method.
-Making sure that all anchor bolts are properly positioned and are installed according to shop drawings.
-Performing all Shoring activities (Rock Bolts and shot Crete) and civil Structural task (Concrete and reinforcement).
-Supervise and ensuring the proper implementation and construction for invert beam, piles, capping beam and other related structural concrete and structural reinforcement within the time frame.
-Involves in the supervision of utility diversion relates to civil engineering scope of works.
-In-charge of TBM exit preparation with the use of New Austrian tunneling method a state-of-the art tunnel machine excavator.
-Supervise the disassembly of the latest-of-art Tunnel Boring Machine “TBM” to ascertain the disassembly are done right confirming with the method statement provided by NATM.
-Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
-Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.

Project Description:
The Haramain High Speed Rail project also known as the Western Railway or Mecca-Medina high speed railway, is a 449.2 kilometers (279.1 mi) high-speed inter-city rail transport system under construction in Saudi Arabia. Phase 2 of the project includes the remaining infrastructure not included in Phase-1: track, signaling, telecommunications, power, electrification, etc. It also includes procurement of rolling stock and operations and maintenance for a period of 12 years after completion.

COPASA-IMATHIA ARABIA: * Responsible for Construction of 450 km track Build four work bases, three of these will be left for maintenance once operation line starts implement an effective sand mitigation approach to keep the sand out the track. After the construction period Copasa-Imathia Construction will have to carry out the line infrastructure maintenance for a period of 12 years.

Project Description:
The KAIA project includes the construction of Terminal Building, ATC Towers, Utility Tunnel, Transportation Center, Apron and Taxi Ways, Elevated roads, Viaducts and Support Facilities.

ACTS-Int.Jeddah :
ACTS -Jeddah is an Independent Testing Laboratory that based in KAIA project providing materials testing services for concrete and concrete related materials, provides technical consulting services relating to concrete. ACTS is also responsible in the preparation of concrete design mixes and carries out trial mixes for all grades of concrete used for KAIA project. ACTS also perform Quality Assurance and Quality Control of concrete production as well as inspection of all ready mix plant adhering to applicable codes and recognized standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:-
- Carry out laboratory and plant trial mixes and prepares evaluation reports according to trial mix results in lined with project specification requirements, applicable codes and recognized standards.
- Ensuring that the quality assurance policy and quality control procedure are strictly followed from inception to project clos-out.
- Ensuring that all the materials required and furnished by the contractor such as cement, aggregates, soils, and other related materials necessary to complete items of work are tested and verified conforming to the project specification requirement.
- Issues non-conformity reports when materials tested do not meet to the specified requirement, work was not executed according to approved construction methodology, or when works was done without due approval from the CMS.
- Reviewing monthly materials test reports, mill test certificates and pertinent submittal for civil works and updating Non-Destructive Test (NDT) to make sure that required test parameter are satisfied.
- Prepares Monthly Materials Test Reports, Minimum Test Requirements and status of test conforming on actual work accomplished ensuring that all materials incorporated into its permanent work are tested and conforms to the project specification requirements.
- Prepare inspection reports and recommends rejection for any materials not approved for use, and report any method of construction and test procedures not properly carried out.
- Support the development, implementation and monitoring of the programmed quality plan


- Support all Consultants, Design Consultants and Design, Construction Supervision Consultants and Contractors in the implementation of Quality, Plans and procedures and the monitoring of their performance on all Quality matters
- Prepare statistical reports on Quality Performance and Review concrete design mixes to be used for structural concrete such like high strength concrete, no-slump concrete for Precast Hollow slabs and masonry units and conventional concrete used for all types of structural grade concrete, High Strength and High Performance concrete, Self-compacting concrete, Concrete use for pavements and taxi ways and Glass Fiber Concrete (GFRC).
- a comprehensive knowledge to several International Codes and Standards that are widely used in Civil Works like ASTM, ACI, PCI and BS Standards.

- Assigned as QAQC plant inspector’s teamhead of precast batching plant and trained junior engineer/technician in conducting plant quality inspections to cover 30 concrete ready mix plants producing concrete for the KAIA development Project. Prepares plant QA inspection report, plant findings and highlighting non-conformities to ensure that all materials and quality control procedures is maintained adhering to project requirement.
- Ensuring that the completed items of work are fully inspected, tested, and verified conforming to the approved Materials Testing Requirement (MMTR) and Project requirements
- Investigate and evaluate any concrete failed test results and prepare report for recommendations to applicable test methods necessary to investigate the strength adequacy.
