• As project leader, ensure the implementation of JDE software“ERP”. The exposure I had for the same in India had an important impact to anticipate on the software issues and helped to save time in the entire process for the implementation.
• Due to the environment changes by implementing JDE, the finance team profile been reviewed (increased then number of employees ) and consequently ensure that all employees get the proper training to be effective and reply to the management new requirements.

With the achievement of all the projects assigned to me I have acquired an experience of the way to conversion financial statements from local GAAP format to US GAAP format.
