- Industry strategy; prioritized industry’s sub-segments (eg. Fixed Wing MRO) to reach full autonomy.
- Technology strategy; defined and prioritized top targeted technologies to localize & insource.
- Acquisition strategy; defined the process of unifying all KSA’s military entities purchasing and procurement.
- Funding strategy; defined funding required to achieve Industry, Technology and Acquisition targets.

• Established GAMI’s operating model; to define GAMI’s roles and responsibilities to ensure succession.

• Established Macroeconomic model; demonstrated Macroeconomic impact on each segment (jobs created, revenue, …)

• Defined and executed regulatory framework; developed policies and regulations for military industries. Items include:
- Selection and implementation of military standards.
- Issuing of licences to manufacture.
- Manage R&D operations for Military Industries including R&D funding & Transfers of Technology.
- Manage and develop economic offset program for Military Industries.

• Evaluated current acquisition contracts and endorsed recommendations to ensure contracts fulfill GAMI’s obligations.

• Participated in hiring and evaluating key role positions in the establishment.
