 Currently assigned to Clinical Care Improvement Training Program at Hamad Healthcare Quality Institute. A classroom education and intensive small-group coaching program that seeks to teach HMC physicians the tools of Quality Improvement and to guide them as they design and undertake their own Quality Improvement projects across HMC departments.

o Responsible for organizing clinical care trainings for participants spanning all levels of medical practice. Liaising with different departments to execute the events successfully. Communicating with various levels of stakeholders to ensure maximum participation. Documenting evaluation of program, outcomes, meetings and presentations.
o Gaining experience on scientific ways of conducting workshops, giving effective presentations, a revision of soft skills and topics related to project management, quality and statistics in healthcare.

 Assigned to the Project - ‘Qatar Early Warning System’ for 6 months. A patient safety program developed to address early recognition and management of deteriorating patients across HMC hospitals.
o Responsibilities included staff training in recognizing early warning signs and actions required, conducting promotional activities and establishing internal and external communication guidelines for the international launch event of the project, liaising with vendors for purchase planning

 Assigned to Project Management Office for one and half year.
o Responsibilities included project planning, monitoring and controlling activities, documentation. Monitoring project timelines and milestones using appropriate project management tools

 Worked on Microsoft office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio; Others - Skills Db Pro, Promodel Process Simulator, SharePoint.
 Successfully completed Six Sigma Green belt certification, participated in various internal project management trainings and several internal trainings as per JCI compliance.
