G - OPERATIONS
Contract Management
• Managed relationships with 1/3 parties (buyers + suppliers), encompassing Supervision Company, Documentation, Loading, Quality / Performance, Payments and Reply to the internal report.
• Administered 1st double-checking: L/C amendment, 2nd double-checking: Drafts of documents and 3rd double-checking: Doc remittance
• Administered Proforma + Draft L/C, Validation of L/C cost, and CAD in the bank (conventional + containers), vessel.
I - INSURANCE

• Managing entire order and shipment cycle for assigned accounts through SAP for merchandise businesses, through businesses, and re-export businesses from point A to point B.
• Proactive order monitoring and extensive customer interaction keeping customer updated with regular information pertaining to orders and shipments, and follow up technical issues contributing to customer satisfaction.
