Handling and preparing factory floor plan (Packaging machine line design) and detailing of machine as per the line requirement.
Preparing additional machine provision and its utility drawings as per the line requirement in an existing plant.
Responsible to handle and prepare machine power, utility and piping provision drawings.
Revise and update existing drawings reflecting design changes, in collaboration with our Supplier Tech-Long Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd (Located in China) office to ensure consistent documentation of the project.
To co-ordinate with the other suppliers for stand-alone, auxiliary machines and its estimation.
To Work with Technical & Executive Director on guidelines of Packaging machine line design and utility requirement calculations which meet the line requirements.
Serve as an information source on design calculations, complete equipment details and it’s data.
Responsible to provide complete estimation & technical submittal for turnkey solution on
Beverage, Non-beverage liquid Product manufacturers, PET Preforms and cap closure manufacturers.
To Coordinate with the project & purchase team on confirmed projects equipment schedule and its specifications
2D to 3D Conversion.
Create 2D & 3D drawings as per the specifications from the customers.
To create sheet metal parts in PRO-E.
To create Part models, Assembly model drawings in PRO-E, CATIA.
Preparing the monthly schedules.
To give complete training and project guidance to professionals and students in 3D CAD packages
(PRO-E, CATIA) and 2D in AUTO CAD.
