My responsibilities:
• Serve clients, identify their needs and provide feedback on success of filling jobs.
• Qualify job specification / salary information and record accurate and comprehensive job description - check info / client requirements in line with key processes and legislation.
• Gather info on client - decision maker and no of employees.
• Network internally and externally with clients
• Benchmark for clients - salary, availability, candidate pool, industry activity.
• Write and Place advertisements in newspapers and on websites.
• Manage Temp availability to meet client needs.
• Spec CVs / Market candidates, Search / Shortlist CVs in line with job order request, Ensure CVs are of a specific standard and reflective of client requests.
• Reference checking.
Main Responsibilities:
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
• Reference checking.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Handling recruitment Processes & Cooperating in other HR fields.
• Lead the process of formulating and implementing policies and procedures related to recruitment and manpower planning of hiring new recruit at all levels.
• Responsible for identifying manpower requirements.
• Monitoring the career portal and the database.
• Responsible for implementation of recruitment across the kingdom.
• Responsible for generating, implementing and gathering of all types of recruitment reports.
• Identifying Recruiting issues and implementing solutions.
• Reviewing, analyzing and updating the recruitment strategy on a periodic basis.
• Design and implement candidate selection methods.
• Build and maintain relations with external parties such as
universities and colleges, recruitment agencies and other sources of high potential candidates. This includes participating in career days, planning summer programs, internships etc.
• Arranging the trainees enrollment in training programs.
• Relationship with the recruitment agencies and support contracts.
