• Participate in weekly progress & technical meetings with contractor, consultant & owner rep

Tasks include:
Prepare Electrical Shop Drawings and Material Submittals
Coordinate with all trades to prioritize tasks and execute them
Manage sub-contractors, foremen & technicians
Prepare and hold field inspections with Engineer
Test the electrical systems when they are installed
Handle Cost Control (prepare statements, variation orders, labor expenses, material requests, etc...)
Report work progress to management

Electrical systems under scope of work: Lighting & Power (MV & LV), Audio-Visual, CCTV, MATV, Telecomm, Fire Alarm, BMS, Lightning & Earthing

* Coordinate with all trades to prioritize tasks and set plans into action
* Lead and manage the different teams of sub-contractors, foremen & technicians
