Managing all projects, maintains cost efficiency, manpower distribution, project planning and implementation, direct coordination with clients and all persons involved in the projects, attends site meetings, doing the actual BOQ and invoicing and does the site survey to ensure accurate project reports
Responsible in the Outside Plan (OSP) implementation and installation, splicing and termination, testing using OTDR and Power meter equipments. Responsible in the distribution of manpower on site. Working as a Project coordinator at the same time.
Supervision and monitoring of fiber optic cable and copper cable installation, splicing and termination, testing and commissioning.
Supervision of Technicians in the installation, repair and maintenance.
