Handle telematics and tracking portfolio of the Company (AMS FASTrax Telematics) from being the main point of contact and taking full ownership of the same, having define solutions and timeline for projects and providing inputs to all proponents.
Knowledgeable with various telematics tracking hardware and software product specifications, features and configurations. Supervise and guide technicians in device installations in the vehicles.
Participates in RFP / Bid Preparations by providing correct technical solution and pricing. Conducts system demos and training to internal and external clients.
Spearhead IT Mobilisation for New Head Office Setup: ISP Connectivity, Data Network Infrastructure (LAN & Wi-Fi), Structured Cabling, Telephony and CCTV System. Maintains our Company’s Data, Telephony, Structure Cabling and CCTV networks. Configure and manage various network devices (Routers / Switches / Firewall / Wi-Fi Controller), CCTV devices (NVR / Cameras) and IP Phones.
Carry out general IT projects such as IT Helpdesk Platform Deployment and Administration: Freshdesk Inc. and Office365 Roll out and Domain Migration. Provides general IT support such as Outlook, Active Directory, Server access, printers, video conferencing units etc.
Provide technical support on BM vehicle test equipment for various customers in Dubai such as TAMAM, Al Mumayaz, Al Wasel, EMARAT, ADNOC and ENOC-Tasjeel.

Project Manager for Network TAPS Expansion, Corporate IP Resiliency, CGN Expansion (Carrier Grade NAT), ENIQ - Events WG/LTE and OSS Firewall Redundancy projects. Responsible for the project’s CAPEX and OPEX budgeting and and payments.
Represented Singtel in an IPX RFQ/Tender Exercise.
Monitor and maintain Singtel Mobile Network KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) especially for PS Core nodes. Perform data analysis and trending for certain network statistics for capacity planning.
Corporate APNs provisioning delivery such as mLink and M2M product/services. teams IP links circuit applications such as Dark Fibers, Gigawave, Metro Ethernet and etc.

1. Completed Singtel-Optus GRX/IPX Tender. Negotiated the cost up to 50% lower of the initial vendor quotations.

Perform common IT technical support roles and responsibilities such as configure network devices and troubleshoot network issues, setup servers (FTP server, Terminal server & Email server) and perform migration for the servers, setup, configure and test Thin Client Server and Clients (N Computing), setup workstations, joining in the domain, configure Microsoft outlook emails and antivirus and install, activate, configure, backup and restore user data files, pst and dbx emails for MS Outlook ’03, ’07 & ’10.
Design and review Data Networks (LAN, WAN & MPLS networks), Transmission Networks (Fiber & RF) and security systems (CCTV, MIDS, FOFFS, IDAS, LRDAS PRS and RFID) for Saudi Aramco projects. Prepare project proposals, Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Detailed Engineering Designs. Also do mark ups and minor editing for CADD drawings using MicroStation Software.
Conduct site surveys to different Saudi Aramco Offices and Plants. Provide Fiber connectivity for Equipment rooms through FDP with SCS (Structures Cabling System) and OSP (Outside Plant) works.
Handles several subcontractors throughout the project implementation of Digitel Mobile Philippines Inc. (DMPI) 3G Phase 2 Project. Provides guidance to the subcontractors on site and or remotely in the installation and configuration of Huawei microwave radios, cutover activity (E1 migration), deployment of NMS and for handling of faults and issues related to 3g, 2G and MW design.
Install, commission, expand and upgrade on-site or remotely RTN 620 Huawei Microwave Radios; PDH, SDH and IP Radios; highly skilled in using WebLCT and Toolkit (commissioning program of Huawei microwave radio). Perform RTN 620 software upgrades on-site; Performs E1 migration cutover activity; On-air 2G and 3G sites. Performs on-site troubleshooting and testing for microwave radio links and sometimes on Node B and CX equipment.
Configure NMS for transmission network of Huawei RTN for DMPI 3G Phase 2 Project. Upload Network Elements for T2000 client of Transmission NMS.
In charge of Huawei transmission materials and equipment delivery to site or subcontractors’ warehouse; in charge of DMPI 3G Phase 2 Project Transmission equipment inventory.
