I attended to the technical needs of the office and catered to the design and setup of the
hotel management system, and I worked with the management staff to make sure the easy flow of information and use of hotel assets was well understood. I spent most of my time troubleshooting and problem-solving for the less tech-savvy to keep the work space moving.
