 Monitoring and updating processes with current equipment and technologies and process protocols.

 Overview of sample preparation, chemical composition analysis (using Sprectromaxx Spark Emission Spectrometer), hardness tests (using EPX5500 Hardness Tester), impact tests, tensile strength and evaluation and review of microstructures (using a Metallurgical Microscope).
 Performing raw material inspections to ensure adherence to project or system specifications.
 Designing and implementing process control on raw materials
 Conducting process inspections with integrated statistical methods.
 Conducting research to develop and improve methods of sand moulding, melting, forging, alloying and pouring of various metal grades.
 Evaluating and updating of current processes and procedures as necessary, (Standard Operating Procedures)
 Conducting market research on customer specifications and ways to meet customer requirements.
