 Approve Projects Charter and Project Management Plan before proceeding to Implementation and execution.
 Monitor projects delivery for quality, cost and time against plan.
 Escalate to the Change Board issues from projects that have caused/will cause significant deviations from scope, budget, or timeline.

• Manage Engineering Services, design contractor activities during the development of project proposal, including definition of project work scope and schedule requirements.
