Infrastructure site manager, Responsible about Infrastructure works for project MODON Oasis in Jeddah Industrial Area 4 Infrastructure Package A, B, C, D and pump station for wastewater with volume of work 190, 000, 000 SR, With official approval from Saudi Arabian Parsons Ltd (SAPL).
Functions & Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a large team of professional subcontractors to ensure effective project delivery.
• Report to the Project Manager.
• Co-ordinate and optimize the arrangement of daily activities tasked to the construction crews and external subcontractors to minimize lost productivity time.
• Determine and recommend labor force, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Coordinate direct activities with the other engineers and members of the construction team.
• Prepare different type of technical documents to be submitted to client such as method statement, pigging procedures, dig verification procedures, etc.
• Assist the project manager in reviewing of shop drawings, design proposals, method statements and other activities.
• Coordinate with technical office design engineers for resolution of related issues.
• Coordinate with the subcontractor engineers on scheduling and application of resources.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
• Ensure safety goals are achieved on the project and oversee implementation of safety procedures on the project.

• Manage subcontractor’s teams to ensure that feasibility, program, design, technical, quality specifications of projects are achieved through out completion and handover.
