Managing the Budget, Planning & Reporting function of GSA (groupement SH/Eni) oil & gas activity in Algeria, including preparation of long term strategic plans for investment and operating activities.
Job Description
- Participate in the preparation of Annual budgets (CAPEX & OPEX) with the agreed deadlines to facilitate presentation of annual budgets to Management for approval.
- Assist respective departments within the jurisdiction to follow set policies and procedures with regards to budgeting and authorization for expenditure requests.
- Ensure that respective departments’ expenditure remains within the approved budget and valid justification is provided by them for any deviation from the budget.
- Prepare various financial reporting as required by Management.
- Participates in Tender Evaluation Committee and other meetings as and when nominated by Management.
- Preparation of the production sharing reporting.
- Preparation of PMTE ( five years business plan)
Job Description
- Monitoring the ranting movements of the tracks and equipment
- Assist the commissions of tenders (Appel d’offre)
- Invoices preparation
- Liaise with the various departments (insurance companies, banks, Taxes ... etc)
Practical training in accounting.
