Task / Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire candidates from India, Sri Lanka & UAE.
• Conduct thorough screening and selection processes to identify qualified candidates.
• Utilize various channels, including job portals, recruitment agencies, and social media platforms, to source potential candidates.
• Coordinate with relevant Sales Manager and Team Leaders to arrange interviews, trade tests, and medical examinations for selected candidates.
• Facilitate the necessary paperwork and documentation processes, including visa applications and travel arrangements.
• Conducting exit interviews and exit procedure's.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Understand the applicant requirement and provide appropriate advise / information
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via telephone and various online channels promptly, courteously, and accurately.
• Document and relay user feedback to the headquarters, ensuring precise and timely communication of user concerns.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our presence across the Middle East, EU, Asia, and other potential markets.
• Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

• Monitor and optimize sourcing channels to ensure a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and fit with the PwC's culture and values.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
• Possess an in-depth understanding of the Middle Eastern market, including cultural nuances, regional employment laws, and hiring practices.
