Creating and delivering to a bidding programme work plan, Working with Business Development colleagues to forecast likely bidding resources needed on a quarterly basis. Agreeing bid key milestones with the Project Sponsor and ensuring each bid Project Manager delivered a quality product within the given Humana guidelines/toolkit. Ensuring all bids had the right levels of specialist input including all necessary subject matter expert and support services (Finance, HR etc) . Ensuring that the Bid sponsor was aware of all major risks and has taken action to mitigate them as appropriate and escalated those most critical risks to the COO. Managing day-to-day operational aspects of the bidding and consultancy office, and identifying, agreeing and managing all bid related internal and external dependencies.

Earlier Experience
As an Officer in Her Majesty's Forces, I served in various postings both in the UK, and overseas. After completing a tour of duty as a Sovereigns officer in the Household Cavalry, I completed a Junior Officers Course, Teeth Arm Training, and Intelligence Trade Training.
I initially worked as a Troop Commander, training Soldiers, and Junior Non Commissioned Officers. From there I was selected to join the Joint Services Anti-Terrorist Unit. Following specialist training, I was transferred to the Defence Intelligence Staff, where I worked and commanded various Joint Service Units, both in the UK, and overseas. During this period I had extensive staff management responsibilities with joint budgetary responsibility and worked extensively with agencies such as NATO and the United Nations. I was seconded to the United Nations to work as part of United Nations Narcotics Initiative, and latterly the Disaster Response Planning Unit. During my career, I managed an extensive range of high level projects at both national and international level. My last posting was an Officer Commanding Psychological and Strategic Operations Unit, Defence Intelligence Staff Response Wing. I had command of over 280 Specialist personnel, and NATO resources.
