Functions and responsibilities
 Assists Operation Manager in monitoring of all warehouse activities
 Arranging and monitoring all the export and import shipment for the safe landing of the same.
 Supervision of whole logistics activities (Import / Export / Local shipment), Negotiation and the nomination of forwarders and the import / Export customs documentation.
 Supervision on warehouse staff on both Incoming and Outgoing Shipments and in allocation of materials in bin locations
 Monitor schedule of incoming delivery from Forwarders and Suppliers
 Place stock purchase order thru ERP
 Responsible for accuracy of inventory both recorded in the system and bin locations actual
 Monitoring material movement and advise the required replenishment.
 Age analyzing of the material and push out the aged on FIFO
 Ensure the packing quality and the security of the material

Functions and responsibilities

 Monitor schedule of incoming delivery from Forwarders and Suppliers
 Place stock purchase order thru ACCPAC system
 Check billings from Forwarders
 Prepare shipping documents for JAFZA customs clearance
 Online Processing of Emirsal 2 and Dubai Chamber of Commerce
 Responsible for accuracy of inventory both recorded in the system and bin locations actual

Functions and responsibilities:
 Assist the Operations Manager in day to day activities and liaise between Production, Purchasing and Finance Departments
 Supervise warehouse helpers and workers
 Implement FIFO regards to receiving, materials handling, storage, allocating material in bin locations and delivery to customers. This is done in conjunction with computer systems like WHIZE CARGO WMS
 Coordinate with Traffic Personnel on incoming and outgoing shipments
 Receive, label and store production and non-production materials
 Allocating received goods in bin locations as per FIFO ( Bulk & Pick)
 Maintain and update system for all materials received
 Monitor stock level to ensure materials availability for issuance to production
 Perform stocks location transfers using WHIZE CARGO WMS
 Prepare necessary documentation to effect deliveries to export customers (in compliance with JAFZA rules)
 Ensure the accuracy of materials stored in Internal and External Warehouse (actual vs. system)
 Head the annual and cycle inventory counts
 Retain and review warehouse documents and reports
 Prepare weekly inventory report
 Comply with Safety procedures and guidelines in the movement of goods in the plant and during loading and unloading.
