Initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the organization.
•Plan the programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones, and processes.

Additionally, responsible for Integration, Infrastructure, Data Migration & E2E Testing.
Facilitation in developing the project defined processes and implements them which include customer specific tailoring and improvements.
•Preparing the Project KPI’s/Metrics by understanding the Customer Expectations and track them periodically.
•Ensuring the Traceability of requirement throughout the development lifecycle
•Enrich methodology by collecting best practices, Lessons Learns, Process improvements and providing feedback to SEPG.
•Facilitate in conducting Readiness Review and highlight areas of concern to Management for taking the Go/No-Go decisions to the next phase of development life cycle.
•Representing a Vertical/BU/CC in Capability Development and Knowledge Retention Program
•Report the improvements/gaps identified through Internal Audits, SQA, metrics analysis, and stakeholder satisfaction survey.
•Facilitated in defining & reviewing the processes and procedures for CMMI L3.
•Involved in the Company’s Assessment for CMMi Level 3 Staged version 1.0
