Job Description:
• Confident to build any kind of control panel as per customer requirements.
• Developing PLC Program and interfacing machine unit.
• Design Electrical drawings and controls. (AutoCAD)
• Site Installation and Commissioning (Dubai, Bahrain, Muscat Airports)
• After sales support (Direct & Online)
• Cost effectively purchasing material from UAE market as well as overseas.
• Developing control System (Control Panel, Control Station etc.)
• Provide training for team members and successfully complete the project within the time period.
• Panel testing and simulation.
• Electrical Panel wiring, field wiring, troubleshooting.
• Preparing Bill of Material with Costing and product selection.
• Gathering customer requirements in both technical and commercial.
• Electrical Control panel, Panel wiring & Trouble shooting.
• PLC Programming in Siemens, Mitsubishi, Rexroth& Panasonic.
• CNC installation and programming done for Fanuc and Rexroth.
• All India servicing and Installation done for SPM Machines.
• Well experienced with different types of sensors, actuators and controllers.
• One of the active members in company ISO certification team.
• Experienced in Machine drawing reading and analyzing.
• Pneumatic drawing design & Pneumatic Assembly.
• Test running of machines.
• Feedback to Management and other Dept.
• Customer interaction.
Bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering
