❖ Mumbai Circle Head RF for RJIL's 4G LTE rollout in Mumbai Circle
➢ Owning to the entire circle and responsible for End to End delivery of the network by network planning and designing, supporting acquisition and construction, deployment and optimization.
➢ Responsible for planning and designing the LTE Network in Mumbai Circle with over 3000 eNodeBs consisting of own built and RCOM sharing by carrying out Model Tuning, Link Budget and 3D Predictions.
➢ Carried out IP Sharing Plan for sharing on other Infrastructure Providers like Indus, Viom, GTL ATC etc.
➢ Assigned as the Project Head to launch the Stage 1 rollout of the network. Responsibilities include Program Management by managing all key aspects pertaining to successful rollout such as getting the sites RFE (Ready for Electronics), deployment of sites, microwave links in absence of OFC, I&C, Optimization, EMF Self Certification and launch.
➢ Successfully launched the LTE network within the RCP campus as RCP As A Country by assigning each site to multiple circles.
➢ Successfully launched the LTE network within the IIT Bombay Campus for the IIT TECHFEST 2014.
➢ Setup the site survey and validation process and framed the site validation tracker to capture all intricate site details including EMF compliance during site survey.
➢ Constant support to the Acquisition team for speedy acquisition and resolution of the DTA (Difficult to Acquire Sites) and constant support to the construction team for speedy construction of sites.
➢ Setup a War Room comprising of RF, Acquisition and Construction Engineers to resolve acquisition and construction related issues on one platform.
➢ Responsible for Vendor Management and Evaluation.
➢ Managing a team of 11 Engineers directly reporting to me and 55 Engineers of the Vendor Team.
➢ Responsible for Optimization and Performance Maintenance of the On Air Sites.
➢ Responsible for Regulatory related activities such as SACFA, Spectrum Interference and EMF Compliance.
➢ Constant interaction with the Mumbai WPC Officer in charge and his team for speedy clearance of the Spectrum Interference spots.
