• Maintaining MIS of new and current requirements and reviewing on daily basis to check the performance of sourcing teams to meet the deadlines.
• Provide administrative support to the team to source and screen the candidates.
• End to end management of in-house and outdoor recruitment campaigns.
• Screening and shortlisting resumes from Advertisements and Company’s databank.
• Responsible for orientation and induction new inhouse employees as per company process and policies.
• Co-ordinating directly with clients and agents for visa processing, mobilization and interviews.
• Maintaining MIS of agents approved by management from all over India .
• Distributing manpower requirements with approved agents and follow up with them for manpower supply.

• Handling overall recruitment process by placing vacancy ads, sourcing, screening and shortlisting resumes.
• Forwarding CVs of potential candidates to the concerned department for technical or non technical interview.

• Improving the FRC and FBO of the assembly line through QCRT approach.
• Implementing permanent actions through HEP, POKA YOKE, Kaizens etc.to rectify the problem at source.
• Identification and implementation of Fool Proofing (POKA YOKE) at supplier end and on production line.
• Monitoring Warranty failures and implementing corrective actions for the same.
• Facilitate development of new parts with new suppliers.
• Approve PPAP for all modifications (engineering changes, process changes, transfer, etc.) for all BOPs (Bought-Out Parts) and BIPs (Bought-In Parts)and archive initial samples and associated PPAP files.
• In case of non-conforming parts issue the supplier complaint and manage the supplier 8D to ensure robustness of the corrective actions. Validate the 8D at the supplier’s shop floor.
• Co-ordinating with suppliers for their excellence in Quality performance.
• Joint analysis of field failed parts and supporting customer care team for closure of complaints.
• Root Cause Analysis using QC tools at supplier end to find out the root cause and implement Permanent Actions.
• Conducting planned quality assurance visits at supplier end & support in trouble shooting to receive defect free products.
• Ensure closure of product quality issues through validation & verification of analysis & actions taken by suppliers to receive defect free products.
• Conduct supplier readiness (APQP) reviews for outsourced products.
• Conduct supplier audits to monitor the established processes and their performance.
• Implementing quality tools like EST, MSA, SPC, Gage R & R, PFMEA, SOP, SOS, ECN to improve the in process quality .
• Conducting process audits to check for conformity of process according to DCP.
• Responsible for 5’s & TPM activities, worked as representative in JH Pillar and QM pillar.
• Competency development of Officers and Team Leaders through radar mapping.
• Updating the checklists and checking methods to capture the defects with more efficiency.
• Responsible for production of Maxximo assembly line ( Trim, Chassis & Final line).
• Oversee production related tasks including planning, control & troubleshooting as per order.
• Setting production targets, line processes for assembly and achieving the same within time and cost.
• Optimizing man and machine to achieve good line quality and meet production targets.
• Improving process by implementing operation process standards, 5S techniques and visual displays on shop floor.
• Involvement in resolving fitment, process related and performance related issues for the new vehicle from prototype stage to production stage in consultation with various departments.
• Responsible for ensuring safe working environment and resolution of safety issues by taking corrective & preventive actions.
