• Conceptualizing, demand planning, executing production plans to ensure that supply is aligned with all functions to meet business short and long-term planning and budget objectives to drive complete Pharma brands.

• Lead Logistics and distributor initiatives implement industry best practices.
• Sharing Monthly Sales and Stock Report, Expiry Exposure and Non-Performing Inventory (NPI) with Sales team and global management.
• Driving Customer Service planning exercise by presenting accurate and optimum physical availability of stocks in stocking centers.
• Production Planning with respect to client’s requirement.
• Handling Imports purchasing with 35 suppliers all over. To Procure Best Quality of Material economically (Lowest Cost) within stipulated Delivery Period.
• To maintain uninterrupted flow of raw material and packing materials for production.
• Created a process to approve a Supplier based on their Quality of Service, reliability and Cost.
• Developed a good level of relation with the supplier, which resulted in procuring materials in short notice.
• Experience in contract formation and termination among Suppliers.
• Materials Management like, Maintenance of Finished Goods, Raw Materials, packaging goods and Semi Finished Goods.
• Managing complete Warehouse management activities, where I have implemented some Good practices in Warehousing and Materials Management.
• Knowledge about Factory Operations for Chemical products.
• 3.9 years of experience in Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Deployment using PL/SQL and UNIX and SharePoint.
• Cost saving activity, using my practical and proactive approach, I developed major cost saving activity for the organization.
• Time Saving activity, using my expertise in MS EXCEL and analytical skill, I automated certain manual work in our project and saved lots of manual work and time for our team.
