LimeTray is a product-startup helping restaurants market, engage and sell to more customers online. LimeTray makes it easier for restaurants to tap the customer base that now lives online. Lime Tray counts very successful internet entrepreneurs as its angel investors & advisors. We are also backed by Matrix Partners, one of the top 5 VC firms in India.
My Role :
• Handling a Portfolio of 30+ Strategic accounts
• Worked closely with the accounts to hack growth
for them
• Helped accounts expand exponentially by
increasing their orders, revenue and reach
• Took complete ownership of the business
generated from the accounts for the org.
• Identified the bottlenecks in processes and
helped in optimizing them
Currently, there is a lot of difference between the price at which the farmer sells his produce and the price at which the end buyer buys it. This is primarily due to multi layer middle men in the supply chain, poor grading of the produce and mismanaged logistics. Revagro aims to provide a platform where farmers and buyers can easily trade and at the same time Supply Chain, Grading and Logistics is made more efficient methodically to bring down the huge price disparity that exist in the agriculture space.
Bringing transparency in the agriculture space by giving the farmers ownership of their own produce and making the over all supply chain more efficient by leveraging technology and modern techniques is our primary goal at Revagro. We aim to create modernized warehouses for lower wastage of stocks, improving logistics by leveraging technology and bringing modernization to the way business is conducted in the agriculture industry.
