•Daily planning of production operations for the unit and maintaining reports for facilitating decision making by the management.
•Managing the workmen for achieving the periodic production targets.
•Controlling input to assembly for minimizing down time of Assembly by giving day to day priorities of jobs.
•Preparation of process sheets which includes Process sequence (Routing), Work centre/Machines selection, Tooling /gauges required.
•Planning & executing production operations in coordination with the other functions.
•Preparing Standard Operating Procedures, manuals & work instructions for production.
•Preparing monthly and quarterly dispatch plan and monitoring receipt of approved documents against work order and issue the same to concerned department.
•Follow up of day to day activities and reporting to senior executive.
.Complete study of customer requirement for cooling unit.
•Planning and estimating the material requirement for particular unit.
•Assigned the tasks of proving information on product and services to customers.

•Evaluations of Tenders sent by Clients (Preparation of RFQ’S).
•Coordinate and support field issues during project execution with the respective team.
•Review of Field complaints, online rejections, & plan actions for process improvement.
•Ensure that the project schedule meets set deadlines.
•Risk Management - identify, analyze and mitigate project risk.
•Finalizing the design of Hydraulic components by interacting with customers.
