• Implement the standards set in Boecker Operation manuals.
• Confirm scheduled appointment one day in advance in coordination with the operations officers / senior officers.
• Revive technician’s feedback after treatment, take note, handle data filtration, prepare reports and circulate data ion correct channel if needed.
• Suggest improvements for reports and forms based on cling feedback.
• Update the sanitation and proofing recommendation list that is shared by the client upon delivering report.
• Assist in organizing training session
• Answer client inquiries regarding services, complaints and technical issues.
• Assist in coordinating and following up with clients on sanitation and proofing recommendations.
• Assist in checking the treatment reports and reports any negative finding.
• Handing effective system data entry, electronic finding and archiving system.
• Represent Boecker in exhibitions, forums and other events
