• Coordination with project client, project consultant and Management for the project document management and control.
• Preparing all the Method Statements for different works.
• Submitting all the documents after modification according to Project Instructions through ACONEX.
• Preparing all the Official correspondences to Client, Management, Consultant and Sub-Contractors.
• Preparing Enquiries for different Suppliers and Sub-Contractors for different items used in the project.
• Follow up Inquiries & provide Clarifications to Sub-Contractors & Suppliers on sent inquiries.

• Maintaining the time sheets for all the manpower working on the Project.
