•As a Senior Project Manager my responsibilities are planning, implementation, and tracking of TACME’s biggest projects such as Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) with a budget of eight million AED and Dubai Health Authority (DHA) with a budget of five million AED to install and commission the Queuing system from Qmatic Sweden.
