■ Manages the Service operations in Middle East Asia and ensures that all clients systems are
supported by the team to achieve the targets as agreed in the Service Level Agreements (SLA)
■ Collaborates with top management regarding Service design packages during renewal of SLA
■ Contract management, planning, resource deployment and implementation
■ Provide a high level of customer service and support through regular communications, handles a team of engineers providing preventive and corrective maintenance visits, managing escalations and monitors deliverables have met in terms of time, cost and quality
■ Preparing and issuing of post incident reports, technical reports and service reports
■ Provides risk and issue assessments to ensure normal operations are obtain while keeping both client and support team safe from hazards identified
■ Promotes innovations and improvements and provides plan for implementation
■ Designs recovery processes that ensure customers of operational systems with limited system downtime.
■ Conducts meetings with stakeholders to inform them about the outcome of the visits made and improvements done.

Job function as Systems Engineer
■ Responsible in design and installation of AV systems in a collaborative work environment
■ Integration of Cyviz video processors and controllers with videoconferencing codecs, video sources management units and audio system devices
■ Performs pre-sales support activities such as performing site surveys, creation of schematic diagram, system drawings, calculations and bill of materials
■ Preparing and completing action plans, liaise with clients about problems or issues arising from installations and during preventive maintenance/corrective maintenance of the system, and reports to immediate supervisor for the countermeasure done
■ Performs customer support, servicing, diagnosis and repair of faulty system/projectors
■ Performs annual maintenance checking of existing AV systems

Key Responsibilities:
■ Prepares drawings, calculations and specifications for electrical disciplines including Power and Lighting systems, ELV systems including Fire alarm system, voice and data, security and CATV systems to be given to the client for approval
■ Reviews and approves contractors’ documents including engineering plans, specifications, project schedules, designs, circuit diagrams, and estimations
■ Ensure compliance of projects with the standards set by the government agencies in UAE (Civil Defence, DEWA, ETISALAT, Du, etc.) and in Qatar (Kahramaa, Qtel & Civil Defence)
■ Required traveling to Doha, Qatar for site supervision, testing and commissioning

The position's responsibilities include:

• Performs designing of printed circuit boards (PCB) and product molds of power protection devices
• Design platforms include AutoCAD 2007 and ProEngineer for Mechanical design; EAGLE and GerberView for PCB designing.
• Checks conformity of developed PCB and Molds with existing standards including British standard (BS), CE, Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), etc. and performs compatibility testing.
• Product Designs include molds and PCB for P6C series Power Protection Devices with shutter assembly, P314 and P304 for 3 phase power applications, Extension Cords as well as Powertac
• Supervise technicians in designing PCB including layouts, design checking, component selection, prototyping and testing.
• Reports to the Factory manager all activities concerning developments of new products.

The responsibilities for Equipment Modification Engineer were as follows:
- Provides Electro‐mechanical modification and model upgrade of Automated and Test Equipments for Hard
Disk Drives including Servo Track Writer, Stacker/Destacker machines from AL7 to AL10 series
- Supervise machine test runs, PLC programming and testing, sub assembly and equipment evaluation, and
servo signal analysis.
- Performs machine hardware and software upgrade, anti‐virus installation, windows network administration
- Provide detailed analysis reports on model upgrade and modification
