Rafies relationship within the team and other tower is very good, being e-config Install Towers developer, he normally works with other resource outside our team to discuss how they will work on integrated tasks. He is very open to offer help for tasks that are not assigned to our team if we have the time and that makes most of the other teams very happy to work with him.

Rafie demonstrated a good performance, he normally simplify everything for everyone to understand how he will execute his tasks. With his experience in development, specially on e-configs installer, he is very vocal on things that we need to consider before implementing a change. He is a team player and can work alone on his tasks. He would never be tired to provide different approach to explain things to the team if they cant understand how things are working. When taking vacations, he inform the team ahead, and thats will give us room to plan things out ahead.
