1. Reviewing implementation progresses per work order (Micro level project management).
2. Tracking PO’s status as per the monthly FAC list.
3. Analysing project performance data to show the operation teams work per month emphasising the areas of deficiency and presenting periodical reports to the management.
4. Monitoring all data entered on the operating system regarding projects, employees' timesheets, and allowances.
5. Monitoring all teams working in field in terms of timesheets, their needs, and tasks being done throughout the day. Any delays or problems are reported along with the corrective actions taken.
6. Reporting to the CEO all required system reports.
7. Company Spoc for any MCC Access Violations.
8. Handling corporate voice and data lines in terms of authorisation, rate plans, swapping and cancellation.
9. Responsible for all company's assets (laptops, mobiles, USB devices and simcards).
10. Handling all IT requirements for all employees.
11. Issuing POs for any needed IT equipment.
12. Working with the business development department in enhancing the operating system.
13. Preparing detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes. Write and maintain system documentation.
14. Responsible for the operating system.
15. Monitoring all departments’ communications to make sure that the work flow is done smoothly with no delays.

Project Control Engineer at Citex Systems

1. Results measurement of how much work has been accomplished per site all over Egypt and monitoring the technical team work plans versus set KPI’s.
2. Report to the Managing Director a detailed comparison between planned and accomplished work emphasising the areas of deficiency.
3. Report to the Managing Director an analysis showing the budget cost planned by the technical team leader versus the actual cost spent to take the corrective action in case of variances more than 3%.
4. Approve issuing invoices of completed accepted sites to the subcontractor, with a max variance of 5% from plan.
