• Complete Product Assy. \[BOM.\] Component, sheet-metal, Welding Arrangement, fabrication drawing & drafting of Low Voltage Products ( DB’S, ATS, MSB, EMSB, MLTB, STARTER PANEL, ISLATOR ) Etc. with help of Autodesk inventor, AUTOCAD2010,
• Mechanical design coordinator for help in production & Design solving problem issues.
• To prepare complete designs of Development Projects including complete assembly of a new product & individual designs of components.
• Mechanical Design and provide activities for electrical panel environments and develop & prepare solutions, individually or as a member of a team. Support/liaise with manufacturing, resolving manufacturing problems & defects. Support to functional & environmental trials.
• Improvement / Modification in existing product as per the new development / marketing requirement.
• Drawing maintain as per ISO standard.
• Quality inspection of Sheet-metal, rubber, plastic etc. components measurement, surface finish, parts as per drawing, conductivity, overall dimensions & fitment.
• Many projects completed of Light Voltage AL-Kout Mall, Fahaheel, College of Engineering & petroleum,
Hydrotek, Wara International, NBK etc..
