1. Develops and evaluates product design for compliance with engineering principles, Company
Standards, and customer requirements, and related specifications.

6. Good Knowledge of manufacturing practices (i.e., specification, design, implementation, verification & validation), related documentation and understand of manufacturing processes including machining and molding.
7. Analyzes test data, reports to determine if design meets functional, and performance specifications.
8. Compiles and analyzes operational, test, and research data to establish performance standards for newly designed or modified product.
9. Directs and coordinates manufacturing or building of prototype product or system.
