Duties and Responsibilities:
Market Research
Lead Qualification, Account Management and Business Development
Administrative
Marketing and Advertizing
Assists the Executive Director in planning, implementation of Work and Financial Plan geared towards achievement of Vision, Mission and Goals of the agency.
Direct, monitor and supervise 12 department heads and coordinators in the daily operations.
Perform administrative functions in Human Resource Management- recruitment, hiring, interviewing and screening applicants, orientation and training.
Perform financial management functions such as requests and budget approval, effective cost analysis, validating liquidations and financial statements.
Head special projects and fundraisers and facilitate Staff Development activities
Acts as Liaison officer of the agency working with Great Wall of China agency.
Classroom Management,
Carry out teaching duties and responsibilities to College students.
