Manage and control IT projects, aligning the projects with Business Segment plan to achieve strategic goals of the IT Dept and objectives, managing programs and control projects quality.

Effectively applies the SDLC methodology/Process and enforces project standards. Schedule Meetings at different stages of SDLC. This includes Business Kick off, development Kick off, and Design, and Progress Review Meetings. Ensure SLA & OLA compliance during SDLC.
Coordinate and follow up on regular basis with analysts, development, QA and operations till closure of project/CR.
Follow up on Release Deployment and ensuring release is deployed on time.
Lead the implementation of project until its RFS. Obtain acceptance and approval of deliverables (RFS, UAT Sign off from TM). Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
-Managing all tasks related to 01Systems clients throughout KSA, Act as Company Branch Manager.
-Direct engagement with major accounts (Banks and Government)
-Providing high-level technology consultancy and Analysis services in order to deliver the right solution
