Duties & Responsibilities:-
Travel Coordinator:
Arranging Tickets and Hotel Reservations for all the companies of JAG group (for Company Employees in case of vacations or Business Trips or Cancellation, Guests, Customers, Suppliers and overseas candidates….)
Dealing with the most reputed travel Agencies in Dubai
Preparing tickets and hotel reservations POs
Communicating with the five and four stars hotels and travel agencies to get best corporate rates and quotations
Arranging entertainment trips for our Guests (like Safari trips…)
Dealing with international Recruitment Agencies and arrange/coordinate for safe arrival of new employees
Dealing with the local recruitment companies and arranging for interviews with the manager
Arranging Transit Visas through the hotels
Supervising asst travel coordinators
Settling travel / hotel invoices in a monthly basis by certifying and forwarding to the accounts department.
Purchase Assistant:
Managing purchase of all office equipments like stationary items, pantry items, Printing machines toners, cartridges etc.
Dealing with different suppliers, with good reputation.
Collecting quotes from different suppliers comparing it and finalizing it in concern of minimum and quality expenditure.
Making PURCHASE ORDERS IN SAP software for the purchase of any equipment.
Collecting the invoices and processing it for payment.
Coordinating for the Maintenance of Office furniture, AC maintenance, contracts renewal etc.
