Drafting, reviewing, and approving all types of contracts, and bilingual formats in the topics mentioned hereinabove.
•Drafting standard agreements and its guidance manuals.
•Review governmental tender documents and bidding process till the award and entering into the contracts with Saudi MOH and NUPCO.
•Conducting compliance exercises and due diligence.
•Drafting policies and procedures.
•Drafting and implementing the authority matrix and the manual of the contracts cycle, which includes drafting, approving, signing and executing contracts.
•Engaging as a business partner with board members and management to set out Business strategies, Portfolio investment plan, and Legal guidelines to avoid legal risk and implications.
•Entering negotiations with counterparties locally & international, supporting the business in all decision from legal perspective.
•Writing & presenting legal reports on contracts cycle and contract management to the business heads, CEO(s), and board members on monthly & quarterly basis, highlighting the potential/mitigated risk and the lessons learned during the period.
•Frequently informing the legal team and the business functions with the recent updates on the local laws and regulations imposed by the relevant authorities on monthly basis.
•Frequently drafting and updating the legal department policies, procedures, SLAs, and the associated templates.
