To establish collection guidelines, and recommend credit control plans to ensure all customers are informed about their bills and they are settled on time and dues are collected in an effective and timely fashion. Also to ensure alignment with the agreed customer care service levels, and to protect the company from any financial loss related to customer billings and collections.
