Follow up of various issues of workers (More than 4000 employees), preparing timesheets, managing all company’s confidential documents, administering programs, dealing with travel agencies and tourist agencies in regard to the staff air tickets and business trips of executive staff. Responsible of passport works, Gosi, labor office works and other miscellaneous works.
Maintaining the record of expenses of Head office.
Coordinate with the senior staff of HR in regard to the recruitment of expatriate workers, processing their visa’s, placing them as per their qualifications and experience, composing and making policies & procedures, working on job descriptions, employment contracts and relevant formats.
Maintaining a fully automated and linked system which has a capability of controlling with maximum accuracy of all aspects of HRD and statistics from the receipt of the requirements to production of the employee and employee’s personnel file and life history thereafter.
