- increasing and monitoring sales growth, by monitoring the sales with daily basis ( making excel reports which comparing the daily, monthly, and yearly sales ) .

- making sure that all staff had a good training to ( satisfy all customer needs, understanding the ERP ( emergency response plan ) well and all of them understand his/her role ).

- preparing reports of all station departments ( sales, attendance monthly stock taking, and maintenance reports ) .
- preparing purchase order for all station items ( supermarket, oil change, car wash and cleaning and car care products ) and staff uniform order .
- making sure that all operations at the station are done safely.
