Managing all marketing and communication activities of the ministry, in addition to managing the branding of MCI, and it's sub-brands including the newly formed SME Authority.

consultancy) within New York State to develop marketing plans, and supervise the execution of the marketing activities. The process includes:
• External analysis for the industry, through secondary market research.
• Conduct primary market research; including focus groups, surveys and interviews.
• Internal analysis of the client, to better assist the strengths and weaknesses.
• Select the most relevant and profitable market segment to be the target market.
• Choose the relevant pricing strategy to the selected target.
• Craft the value proposition that will reflect a superior value for the targeted consumer.
• Develop strategic marketing objectives for the business.
• Provide the client with the most updated and relevant marketing tactics, with a detailed implementation plan.
• Define the KPI, to be used to supervise the progress of the business, and to test the ROI of the different marketing activities.
In Mobily, my responsibilities were focused on supervising the digital presence of Mobily's brand to ensure delivering rich and engaging customer experience that is consistent with Mobily's offline marketing activities.
My daily tasks included:
* Work closely with product managers to ensure delivering a rich digital experience for their products.
* Supervise Mobily's digital agencies through the execution of Mobily's digital campaigns.
* Manage Mobily's SMS communications.
