• Reporting Sales Opportunities and orders, activities and targets weekly.

• Following up Clients orders and Complains.
• Check and Review the cash assessment reports that were done by Outreach volunteers based on IRD Rules and Standards.
• Make the first decision (Approved / Not approved) regarding cash assessment reports that were done by outreach volunteers, this decision is under the final approval from IRD Cash assessment Stuff.
• Make Phone Calls with outreach volunteers, Outreach Cash assessment Supervisors and Asylum seeker to collect any missed information and to insure the accuracy of cash assessment reports.
• Check and review cash assessment reports Information to be identical with the official Cash assessment lists that were provided by UNHCR .
• Check Home Visits locations through (GPS).
• Coordinate with outreach cash assessment Supervisor any issue related to outreach Volunteers or to Home Visits.
• Refer to the project management if any problems or emergency happened.
• Prepare yearly and monthly Marketing Calendar and Media Plan.
• Strategic Planning for Retail Objectives that fit with the projects mission and vision.
• Manage and guide Call Center team.
• Come up with creative ideas and campaigns.
• Responsible for creative and design department.
• Coordinate with Procurement department the Promotions and Campaigns.
• Coordinate with Finance Department Invoicing and delivery details.
• Assist in Store Display and in-Store Promotions.
• Approve and coordinate with supplier’s designs and monitor Implementation of Fixtures and equipment.
• Coordinate with Media Agency for Media buying and booking.
• Responsible for Marketing Material and Giveaways.
• Coordinate with Web solutions agency regarding web development and maintenance.
