§ Act as an ambassador for DHL at all times and attend to customer needs in a professional, friendly and courteous manner
§ Ensure that a high level of professional rapport is developed and maintained with all customers
§ Follow up on all customer enquiries and direct customer to the correct DHL department where further information is required
§ Maintain proactive work processes to ensure teamwork, shuttle procedures and overall base performance is achieved
§ Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism taking into account the consideration that all DHL customers have an express requirement and are looking for instant and immediate action
Responsibilities: Request Order Management - Handling the request order process starting from receiving it form the requester until the point of closing the order which includes: Providing assistance to the requester in case data from the RO are incomplete. Provide feedback to the requester concerning status of validated request orders. Liaise purchasing, transporting and warehousing functions of LOG to insure smooth functioning of the supply chain process. Provide logistical input and technical advice for the allocation process Over all responsible for the proper filing and archiving of RO files
Campaigns management, Annual Budget Exercise.
· Media plans external communication with suppliers and vendors.
· Campaigns ROI Management and Monitoring progress of the plan.
· Monitor A&P Budget and ensure the implementation within budget and time.
· Key Coordinator Product Launch Activities with strategic partners to get the launch done.
· Direct communication with Samsung Regional HQ in Jordan concerning planning, approvals, implementation and follow up pending projects.
· Specifics targeted customer and generate customer profiles.
· Direct sales meeting with key companies decision makers.
· Sales planning. Direct input to our Promotion Department.
· Upscale, cross-sale, and follow up.
· Achieve goals and targets and maximizing profit.
· Ensure higher level of customer satisfaction achieved.
